In 1961 three dozen attorneys came together in Palm Springs to form a unified plaintiff’s bar could scarcely have imagined so much time would be spent battling corporate interests.
Now several hundred advocates come each year to the Consumer Attorneys of California Inland Empire and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association’s Palm Springs Seminar to convene, learn and support one another with various challenges they may be facing. CAOC-IE hosts some of the most renowned plaintiff’s lawyers, such as Bill Shernoff, Browne Greene, Brian Panish, Bill Shapiro, Michael Kelly and Mike Bidart, just to name a few.
Consumer Attorneys of California asked Verdict Videos to create a promotional video to highlight camaraderie and intimacy of the event at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage. It was an intense, two-day event packed with the latest trial techniques and perspectives. Panel topics include arguing damages, managing your practice while building strategic relationships, “Insurance 101 for the plaintiff lawyer, closing arguments, jury selection. Keynote lunch speaker this year was Tom Girardi.
